I wanted to let everyone know who is using or has TDS that upper management is requiring employees in sales and customer service to deceive you. Their technical support and financial services is not within TDS anymore, they are outsourced to Xerox and the call center is in Jamaica. Upper management has notified all employees that they are to tell subscribers/customers that they do not outsource and that they are employees of TDS, this is a deception.

Further announced internally that TDS will be eliminating customer service/retention (consumer specialists) positions and they are all to go to sales. The department will cease functions 1/1/2017. For employees to keep their jobs, they have to take a pay cut to almost minimum wage and still try to support their families. The pay-cuts are at around 25-50%. This is due to the CEO and a VP wanting to "streamline" the organization.
