Transponder Readings

The 99 and 103 strengths could be a bit higher.

Spotbeams...

So are the spotbeams 99b and 103b, or are they mixed in with the other sats and transponders, or do we know???

I'm not totally sure of what spot beams are where, but the Ka band is a bit trickier to get aligned well.
