For all of you parents that lock out TV-MA programming but occasionally still want to see it after the kids are in bed, there is a problem that has been reported to DirectTV for all HD DVR Receivers. I do not believe the other receivers have this issue (but could be wrong).
If you unlock a program that's rated TV-MA, you will still not be able to view the guide Title or Program Description. The only way to view this guide information (Title and Description) for TV-MA programming is to go to the Parental Control Setup and Unlock for 4 Hours.
