Keep in mind that if your dish is upgraded in size, it should be repeaked. The reason is that an 18" dish has a much wider beam width than a 24" or 30". This means that an 18" can be aimed slightly off and it won't matter as much as it would for a larger dish. If you simply bolt a larger dish in place without peaking, you will likely not be getting the best signal possible. The original poster who still saw rain fade may want to get it peaked if the installer did not do that...

No, I peaked it at myself. Cloud fade is just goitg to happen here.
