Well that's weird... Have they ever changed flags on any other locals to anything other than "available" or "not available"? And what's the point of changing the flags on something that's available to NOBODY?

The list itself does not seem to make any sense. WPEC is not on the list, nor is WWMT, but WRGB and WTVC are - they are all owned by the same company. If something were to happen, it should happen to all of them.

The channels changed from an area-specific Engineering package to a generic(standard) Engineering package. They are not available. (N) is short for (NA).
