What signals can you "see" at 61.5?

If you could get spectrum from those odd tpns. I'd like to see an evidence of SB, not crosstalk from adjusted tpns or different sats.

There is a result of using different dishes on same setup/location:
ViP622@L4.49 with Sony 18" 18SD2 and Dish500 DP LNBF:
it show better gain for even tpns (11..15) then for odd tpns (4...8). Could be advantage of using DP type of LNBF.

Second picture show measures of SNR by DVB-S card using same setup.

Very interesting! Looks like the beams are kicking in quite a few places. When I get back I will definitelt be cross referencing this with some of the maps we have.

Those that are missing odd transponders from 1-23 keep an eye on those and report back any changes.

ptech, I would check again as it is impossible to have a lock on all 32 TP's at 61.5 at this time.

Keep the area reports rolling in!
No, Digi - without Spectrum Analyzer all the numbers on tpns 1,3,5,7,15 are wrong - it's just 'crosstalk' from from switches/LNBFs. :no

Brownover and myself are both seeing "spotbeam" on transponder 3. Back when this thread began, I posted results from my 625 that showed wrong satellite (119) and no spotbeam. Then the signal stength went to 1/2, but it started showing locked on 61.5 and spotbeam. Having just checked again an hour ago, it's back up to the 60s and still shows "locked - 61.5W" and above the "3" a "spotbeam". My 311 also agrees on these points.

I just checked my 625. It changed to Spotbeam when I selected TP 3. It was locked on 61.5 and signal strength was 91. I cannot confirm on my 722 as my wife is watching TV.

Just to be sure, if you can, do P Smith a favor and hang a piece of foil on the face of the 110/119 LNB and check your signals on 61.5. That way you'll know for sure the spotbeam is coming from 61.5. ;)

Sorry, but I don't have a ladder long enough to get on my roof.

Anyone get better than low 30's signal on 61.5

I lost two HD channels in Puerto Rico
