When I had Voom I didn't get lockups until V6.20 was released. I'm not a channel surfer so I don't think that's the reason for lockups. I only watched certain channels and would input them manually into the remote. The bottom line is that the Moto box is a piece of crap and the software isn't any better. Everytime Voom releases a version that fixes a problem they introduce 2 more.
What the hell is wrong with this provider!?!?
