All the Hardees where I live closed down too. One was only a year old when it shut down.

yeah we still have Boston Market....one is about 15 minutes from my house

Two sandwiches of 7 grain bread with almond butter and an oatmeal muffin with cranberries. Finished off with a glass of skim milk.

2 Salmon Fillets with my rub and one strip of Bacon (cut in half) on each, wrapped in foil and on the grill for about 8 minutes each side... and a Glass of Tea.

Chicken Fajita's, Sliced 5 skinless Chicken Breasts, diced 1 Bell Pepper, 3 Hatch Green Chiles, half a white Onion and some Garlic... stir fried with my rub sprinkled in. Made 5 Fajitas...

NY Strip Steak, been off the grill about 8 minutes.. and a Glass of Tea...
