Where/how can I recycle an almost-new Dish Network satellite dish in Chicago?

I hate throwing stuff away, especially anything that clearly has useful life left to it. That's the case with a "TurboHD" satellite dish that was installed by Dish in July, then removed in September, when we moved to DirecTV. I've advertised the dish on craigslist (for free), but no takers... Anyone know where I can recycle it? Would a Dish installer be interested in taking it off my hands?

Call a local retailer and see if they want it. more then likely they will take it.

With people being migrated to either the earc (1000.4) or warc (1000.2) there may be no takers. Maybe just blue box it.
