Whole Home will not turn Off

I have a Genie in the living room and 2 regular HD DVR's the one in the master bedroom gets all the recording no matter what I set the others on, I've tried everything, every setting on the 3 boxes but to no avail.
Do you think I need to replace that box? I have insurance and the box is at least 10 years old.

Her box see's all the VCR's recordings even when W.H. is turned off.

You have to press the Yellow button while you are in the List and select local playlist only.

Pressed the Yellow Button while in the Playlist but that choice doesn't appear, I have whole Home turned off on all the boxes but the Master Bedroom still sees all the rooms.

The box in my office is a HR24-200,,, the one that see's all the other boxes is a HR24-500 and both boxes firmware is Oxb08, tue 4/18

OK, my HR24s are also running oxb08.
Try this on the HR24-500
menu>settings>whole-home>status what do you see?
similarly whole home>share playlist what do you see/

off I know how to work the boxes I just think her receiver is screwed up. She doesn't like it, but she has to many shows recorded to swap it. That is why I was trying to fix it.
