For the most part, I've enjoyed the free preview this week but the SD picture quality is making my eyes hurt. In my opinion, it's unacceptable for a sports channel to broadcast in SD. You miss a lot of the action. If it was in HD i would definitely order it but I'm not going to pay $15 a month for an SD channel.
Why is Fox Soccer Plus not in HD?

Why is there a FOX Soccer Channel in the US ?
Some one must not care about ratings ...
Maybe thats one of those channels that have to be added for them to agree to a contract.

Don't know about Fox, but NBC Sports has had great success with their coverage of the English Premier League, where they show every game. http://www.fourfourtwo.com/us/features/how-nbc-helped-premier-leagues-popularity-boom-united-states Last year the average audience for an EPL game on NBC was higher than the average for the NHL.
With the way NBC shows the NHL, it's not surprising at all ....
You and I could get more viewers than NBC with thier stupid ways of doing things.
