Sat down at the pc tonight saw the reboot needed icon and saw I got these:

I know they are previews but worth mentioning.

My apologies for not posting earlier. Where I live there has been significant snow accumulation almost daily this month. On top of that we were also hit with the recent major storm that swept through most of the U.S. Last night the roof on my neighbors barn caved in due to heavy snow accumulation allowing his livestock to escape. He and I have been out all night and most of this morning searching for and recovering 12 dairy cows.

Yeah, no problem. This is newer than the update that reportedly gave people issues with booting up. Truth is, Windows only exists on an NVMe Drive for anything that only works on Windows. Mostly, I'm on Arch Linux.

I don't think we've seen the pedestrian Patch Tuesday release yet. The KB5077863 listing indicates it is for "Server" rather than "Client" and, as of this writing, they don't list KB5077864 in the Microsoft Update Catalog.

I note that Microsoft revised the description of the KB5077863 to reflect that it is a Client update. They've also added critical updates for Windows 10 (for those eligible) and Windows Server to update UEFI security certificates, three security updates for Visual Studio, and a security update for .NET 10.
