Spotted a 8-12 foot winegard dish. Perf panels. Round frame. Von Wieise Acuator run of the mill winegard lnb.

Is it worth taking down from someone?
are the pannels glavanized or alumminum?

Yes, I think it is worth getting. Is this the dish you are looking at? They are alumminum.

Well, I'd say you could get a real load of stuff.
What you want, or need, that's another point.
IF you live out in the sticks, maybe anything would be good. ;)

Scroll down The List to the C-band section.
More info here on Global-CM web site, too.
Besides all the help you'll get here, you might want to educate yourself on a BUD setup site.

I think you'll be surprised, and pleased.

I just took down a 10' Unimesh and am in the process of setting it up at my house. If you don't have C-band already, I'd say jump on it. I took the Unimesh down in about an hour or so. I've probably got 8 or 10 hours into refurbishing and reassembly so far, but I think it's going to be well worth it. Take a look at my thread for more info my experience.
