It's been awhile,was wondering about 4180 h 30000 I get locked on 101w with 90 % signal anb 85% quality but no sound or picture ? 103 w is fine h & v transponders all good any ideas thanks guy6.

Try a rescan of 101w 4180 H 34284.

I get MeTV OTA via 2 local stations (translator). I also can get a distant station fairly well that has it, only in SD though. C band too!

yes i get it ota but reception for me is hit and miss ,thought sat would be better ,i got metv on 101 before but not now lyngsat says metv is biss and tvrosat lists fta i am confused .

Why confused? The METV mux on 101W SES1 is sometimes encrypted and sometimes not. So both sources are correct. Since this satellite source is not intended for us FTAers then we should be grateful to receive it when we can. My METV OTA transmitter is 75 miles distant so it is also hit and miss for me.
