I carry a Tailgater in the RV but I don't think it will work in Canada, so I will also haul my Dish 500 with tripod. Do I have a chance to hit any satellite's as we go north? I know the elevations really low in the sky the further north you go. Any comments or suggestions will be appreciated.

I waited out the update until Dish fixed their bug. Last week when I finally took the update it worked perfectly. Case closed.

This morning when I plugged in the Tailgater it began the L552 download. But this time it worked just fine. I did not have to do the work around so it clear to me that the software was revised since my initial problem. Thanks Dish!

I have read all the details I could find about the Tailgater and have not found a detail that exists with the other Vu cubes. Is the Dish Tailgater "self leveling" as the other VU cubes are? I see no mention of this anywhere, does anyone know the anwser? Thank you.

How can I find out which satellite local stations are on? The reason I ask is that with my tripod I hit 110 and 119, will I find locals in standard definition as we travel in our RV this Spring. I would then call Dish with my new location. Thanks
