2010-11 NCAA College Hockey

Predictions:
UND
Denver
BSU
St. Cloud
AA
CC

UND too deep and playing too well.
Denver is home and Mankato is well....
BSU took 7 of 8 pts. This season. Plus a sweep on the road.
St.Cloud is playing well and the Dogs getting exposed as the season wears on.
AA. Gophers can't score and very weak on D in my opinion.

Yeah! Michigan completed it's sweep of Bowling Green over the weekend and will be playing in the Western Michigan this coming Friday and, hopefully, in the CCHA Championship round on Sunday. Elsewhere, Norwich team beat Plattsburgh State 3-2 in OT to win their Division III NCAA Tournament Quarterfinal game. They head to Minnesota (Ridder Areana) to play against St. Norbert in the NCAA Semifinal. I sure wish that I had time in my busy schedule to attend the game.

CC beats Bucky 2-1 to round out the Final 5 (yes there are 6 teams now but the "5" means 5 games)

Hockey East Championship Game will be televised live on NESN Plus, Saturday night at 7:00 ET (due to Bruins-Maple Leafs game on NESN).

oh cool. D* guide still shows TBA but I figured they would show it live on the alternate channel as they've done with other games in the past

well that didnt help :(

Bemidji 3 UMD 2 OT on a Power play after a CHEAP penalty....

does it hurt? yeah
does it hurt our NCAA chances? I dont think so. They were #6 and I think worst case is they drop to #12

we just dont want "surprise" teams to win their tourney..every team that wins the tourney and isnt in the top 20 hurts us because thats one less open spot
