Autotune

Anyone know why we would get the TVMail that autotune was now available, but there is not an option for it? Is this a future software feature? I have HR24.

Must be a future upgrade for DVR's as they did not have autotune.
I always did not like that as when I used to have a DVR, there were times I just wanted to watch it when it came on and not record it.

If it was in TVmail but there is no option for it, you could try forcing a down load to see if it will update the software.

I saw that on all my sets today too and did not see the option as in the last CE download that I did Friday night on both my HR23 and HR24.. I thought it was funny though..

Wonder how many calls to the CSR's today on that one???

What's funny is on my 2 DVR's I got that message yet on the H23 which is just a receiver it didnt show up

I think the Auto Mail is sent to all receivers.

Only the DVRs don't have the autotune features, so I think that mail was intended for the NON dvr customers
