Hello everyone!
Last week I got a new AZBOX HD+. I got this box because my old Pansat HD died on me, so I replaced it with this new box. I am able to get c-band just fine. However I am not getting any KU- band channels that I used to get with my old receiver. I unplugged and re-booted everything and still no luck. I am also not getting ABC on G16 which is 8psk. This is driving me crazy.
I am now looking for someone that can help me solve this. If anyone knows a solution to this or if there are any c-band installers in Southern California that can be referred to me.
