Caller ID quit working

OK I've had these receiver for about 2 weeks. I turned on caller ID the day I got it and everything worked fine. Now even though caller ID is still on, it no longer displays anymore.

Is this a known issues? What should I do?

Try making sure the phone line is still working.

See if Caller Idea Display is still checked.
Lately in recent downloads my PIN codes, rating settings, and caller idea inable have all been "reset." Just had to put everything back in. All is well.

If you are talking about in the quick setting menu where is says on and off, yes it's turned on... I don't see a check.
