CCTV is a state run company, but oftenly, someone in the top management is greedy and once a while, there are big mouth will talk, if success, I am sure he/she will get what they asked for, so, once you hear the garbage talk, viewers needs to complain to the authorities, if no voice heard, the satellite will go dark.
