Yesterday I tried to login to my D* account. It said it didn't like the email address I used when I signed up nearly 3 months ago, and had received email from them in that email account numerous times. So I changed it, got an email in the new email addy I gave them which indicates it works just fine.

So today I go to login and it now decided it didn't like that email addy either and wanted me to change it. I'm not going to do that. Emailed them to see if they can figger out what they've got screwed up, but don't have much hope for a fix via email from them. Never have gotten good email support, usually some canned response that has little to do with the issue addressed seems to be the norm.

Anyone else getting this crap? :(

I have 5 different email addresses but only changed it once in a while, never got any response about email issues.

Well, they got it fixed! took about 20 minutes with 3 different CSRs, final one being an 'online account' specialist.

I suspect that when they sent the notice about the March bill, for some reason xxx@live.com bounced it back to them. Most likely a slight glitch with live.com. After changing it to my outlook.com email (same place as live.com), it liked it until the next day and then wanted that changed. No answers as to what the hell really happened, but it is fixed now.

BTW, got a snail mail from them with an even different email addy that I know wouldn't work and I have no clue where they found it, telling me that I needed to login and change email addy.
