Did Directv direct Customer care email change? no Auto ticket response

Hi,

Up until very recently, you used to be able to email directvcustomercare@directv.com and it would auto generate an incident # and they would respond very quickly.

I haven't received anything back, I'm wondering if the process has changed, no longer supported?
 
Still the same as I used it about 10 days ago. Could take 24 hours for a reply. If you don't here back I would call.

Thanks for confirming, did it auto generate an incident # reply? Otherwise maybe they have an agent doing those manually and they don't do t hose on the weekend.
