Thanks, that makes a little more sense. Can you see any channel labels or anything like that? Also good to see that the numbers on 'net10' doubled this week.

What do you make of the stuff on the spotbeam sats? Local markets in the wings?

Yeah, I'm in the Burlington, VT Plattsburgh, NY area, and I'm hoping they'll use this to put our market on HD locals! I ended up buying an AM21 tuner to get them tied into my HR21 because they don't.

Dish TV already has HD locals for this area - hopefully Direct TV will follow soon!

I improved my readings as well by simply tightening my coax connections. I was wondering why one tuner was much higher than the other. I was going to switch the cables to determine if it was the line or bbc and when I went to do so, the coax came off with just one simple turn. I then screwed it on tighter and tp readings improved by 20 point.

Mine 99 SS increased when I went 1 degree higher on the recommended elevation (all my SS's did actually)

dcowboy - by showing the different "nets" and some channel numbers, it makes more sense. I can see how the one with all the sports package HD channels would be D10.

The fact that net 10 has doubled channel numbers in a couple days is a sign that they are "working on it".

Remember, net 10 is D11, not D10

Exactly - I don't understand why net10 = D11 to D*, but throw some more acronyms in there and I'll spin.

P Smith's last post helped me understand why he believed net10 was D11 a few days ago.

Quick question
Why isn't Directv using all 32 transponders ? only 14

I assume 0 readings means thats its a SpotBeam ?
what about the reading with (N/A)
