DiSEqC Switch not working help

With mine, receiver LO set at 9750/10600 and 22khz set to on. This worked with an Ecoda 22khz switch, don't know about other brands.

Both setting types will work, but Blind Scans will take longer using the Universal 9750/10600 setting. The receiver will search both bands (though it will not find valid transponders with the 9750 LO band).

Hello we'll I was actually reading the fortec manual and it says DiSEqC 1.0/1 .2 and USALS . The diseqc switch I have says 2.0 not sure if this could be a problem or not . Really never have done much with switches
Thanks
Regards

2.X just means the device can "Talk Back" to the host.
So yes it will also work just fine as a 1.X device.

If you use the Universal setting you'll end up with double channel listings with 1 correct and 1 incorrect freq.
Best to use Standard, 10600, 22Khz ON, when using a Universal after a 22Khz switch, for the 'domestic' satellites.
(Must be connected to the 22 Khz ON port) The 11000 to 11700 international band is not accessible with this set up.
