I work in abilene tx and surrounding areas installing hughes net and dishnet and i am somewhat new at it and i am getting good signals but very very slow download (less than .80) and upload speeds (less than .10). I have called my rep and he is no help can someone please help me figure out what i am doing wrong or what i can do to make my customers have a more reliable service. Dish Network advertises a 5 mbps speed.

Not enough info to work with. What do you consider "good signals"? What signal levels do your competing installers see? What kind of mount(s)? Are you using Hughes-approved cable & connectors? Are you following the grounding/bonding/shielding FSB?
