Nice part with these is they are heavy duty and they have a good screw to tighten and keep the LNB in...bad part is its a hex key...no biggie if you're motorized or have a fixed dish.
But if you ghetto move the dish like I do...well then I had to take a trip to the home improvement store to get a hex key....or is it an allen wrench....I forget
I'm not sure I'd put up with a screw or set screw that needed an Allen wrench, even motorized.
Too damned non-standard, and too much trouble to fiddle with.
May I suggest on your next trip to the hardware store ya consider a new screw?
I have Lowe's and OSH here who both carry a wide selection, including metric.
If I were going to motorize, then I'd just put in a more standard screw and be done with it, but you have a chance here to put a handle on it.

How 'bout epoxying on a knob of your choice?
Perhaps a longer screw with three or four nuts jammed together at the head, to make a handle?
Let's see a picture, if anyone comes up with something.
I put in Philips screws, with hex heads you can optionally turn with a nutdriver.
