123W G-18 being reduced to 5 channels is really sad. I used to have a fixed dish there, as did many here! Now that dish is on 125W.

123 was so good I put my second fixed ku dish up just for it. Boy did we have a selection of RTN, Fox, ABC, Retrojams. Really miss that stuff, no bird can compare these days.

depends on what language you speak. 30w and 97w are rock solid if you are Arabic speaking. Lots of Spanish programming around as well. For them these are the good old days.

Probably, but with my language being only the land's native tongue "English" I don't see much appeal to most of the programming on 97w and Spanish language birds. If 97w was all English, wow... there is quite a bit of content on that bird.

even before RTV it was cool. I remember when they were setting up lots of these stations they owned and it was "wheel of network" on some of them. Each week ya never knew what it would be.

Remember the "Lick TV" incarnation they had? Wrestling and boxing for 3 hours each night
