Listening to your customers is a good thing, not a bad thing. This was the piece of feedback I provided proactively and as part of a recent survey.

It’s also possible it was selling fine and they were adjusting things based on feedback and that was the plan all along.

Who knows for sure?

Not that it matters the reason really. A possible issue for some has been eliminated, at no extra cost.
