Green Line

When the channel information box comes up on the AZ Box Premium Plus, sometimes there is a box with a green line in it next to the time and date. What does this green line mean?

Also, how do I tell if a feed is 4:2:0 or 4:2:2?

i think on certain channels it sees EPG data. The green line in the box is an elapsed time counter for the particular program that's on.
