h 21 100

Any thoughts on why a h21 100 will not get any signal on 99 c and s and on 103 c and s. Works fine on the other birds. Not a dish or coxial problem because I moved it to different room.

Unless you have an SWM set-up, make sure the b-band converter is installed. You may also want to check the coax run into the other room. All barrel connectors (especially check any wall plates) should have the blue plastic insert (not white) to properly pass the sat signals.

its the converter. They didn't send one with it and was thinking it did'nt need one
