In addition to what I said earlier....
I decided to unplug the Hopper Plus, unplugged the Hopper H3 power cord for 1 minutes before plugging it back in, everything works correctly so when I power off and on the tv with the DISH 50.0 and 52.0 remotes, it remains on channel 626-05 which is a streaming channel. However, the HDMI-CEC set to on when I have the tv on another input that is not the Hopper H3 and hit SAT on the DISH 50.0 and 52.0 remotes while the TV is on, it does not do anything. When HDMI-CEC is set to on with the Hopper Plus connected and when I have the tv on another input that is not the Hopper H3 and hit SAT on the DISH 50.0 and 52.0 remotes while the TV is on, it would switch to the input the Hopper H3 is connected to.
After I plug the Hopper Plus back into the Hopper H3, the results are different depending on what channel I am on when I power off and on the TV with the TV power button on the DISH 50.0 and 52.0 remotes:
1) If I was on Channel 626-05 which is streaming before the tv was turned off, with HDMI-CEC turned on and then hit TV Power on the DISH 50.0 and 52.0 remotes, it would be in standby mode and ask to hit the SAT button which I hit and it's on Channel 101 DISH Scapes
2) If I was on Channel 626-05 which is streaming before the tv was turned off, with HDMI-CEC turned off and then hit TV Power on the DISH 50.0 and 52.0 remotes, it would be on Channel 101 DISH Scapes.
3) If I was on Channel 252 which is streaming before the tv was turned off, whether HDMI-CEC is on or off and then hit TV Power on the DISH 50.0 and 52.0 remotes, it would be on Channel 251 which is non-streaming.
4) If I was on Channel 251 which is non-streaming before the tv was turned off, whether HDMI-CEC is on or off and then hit TV Power on the DISH 50.0 and 52.0 remotes, it would be on Channel 251 which is non-streaming.
So the problem is definitely with the Hopper Plus connected to the Hopper H3 while the Hopper H3 without the Hopper Plus connected works fine other than the HDMI CEC set to on issue mentioned.
