It might be possible, the signal 61.5 TP23 SB16 signal is available at Dallas.
Use Point Dish and check 61.5 TP23 for signal strengths.

Always check the TP from the list where your needed locals exist. If you get a signal then you will get them. You can also check the spot coverage to be sure.
Check TP 23 on 61.5. See if it locks and reads spotbeam. I looked at the spotbeam map and DFW is barely in the spotbeam. So it may be necessary to have a larger dish to get enough signal. I'm not sure the standard EA dish will have enuff signal. It may be a case of you will have to have a 24" or larger dish to get those locals there.
