Will the D* HD Tivo's we just got durring the $299 grab and run deal, take the Cache Card upgrade to speed them up, Or will it only work with a old model one?

The cache card is for series 1 TiVos.

The problem with the HD TiVos is in the processor speed and the v3 software, not memory.
