I called Voom several times to verify my install date. When I called Installs Inc. as recommended in the FAQ, they told me they could not give out the contact information (this was last June). I was NEVER contacted by my installer. I was getting very worried, but he showed up darn near at the end of the scheduled install window. Everything has worked perfectly since they day I was installed.
