That looks like an R.L.Drake down converter. Can't imagine someone mounting one like that with no hood since they were not weather proof. Nice dish. However, it does look like a Prodelin rather than a Channel Master.

I have special tool for moving BVs. It's the top nut on the axis shaft with a loop welded to it so I can hook a gin pole up and lift it away.
