I was told I can use the lnbf with my sathawk receiver . Was told I'd be able to pick up digital signals! Is this true?

From your other posts it sounds like you have a SatHawk PVR100 DVB-S FTA Receiver, if so it can only pick up digital satellite signals.

What model LNB/LNBF are you asking about and what size dish are you mounting it on? Is your receiver a Sathawk PVR100?

Yep. just Set L.O. to 5150.

Yep again. But only DVB-S digital signals. DVB-S2 will require a more capable receiver.
(that took a while to get all pertinent details to correctly answer)

Question: If you plan on using the existing LNB, what are you using to change the polarity? The servo on the back of the feedhorn cannot be operated by the PVR100

I have a general instruments 450 innovation. To move dish and control polarity
