I wouldn't argue that bama is a top ten team right now, that said, I don't see a significant valid argument to make that another one loss teams should be above them except they haven't won big enough.
The only loss was to the current number 3 team on a last second int.
Decry the polls all you want but everyone gets judged by the same criteria.
Based on that, to answer two posts with one, state has the best argument. The beat three top ten teams (at time played) in a row.
Even taking current rankings into count, nobody else except ole miss can claim anything close.

Does everyone realize that these sec west teams that's everyone is saying "suck" haven't lost to anyone else outside of the ....sec west.
Is anyone else here as sick of Winston as I am? I hated him last year and this year I'm even more sick of him.
You mean another like "Johnny Feetsball" who should be thanking the offensive line, blockers and receivers that make him look good?
How good would he be at a school with mediocre players at the other positions? Would anyone have ever heard of him?

"Kids sign things all the time," Fisher said after Saturday's game. "So what do you want them to do, stop signing stuff? We could make them not have any fans from that standpoint and not sign for anybody. That's what it's going to come to, and that's a shame for college football, that somebody exploits a kid. Now, if they're getting paid for it, then I don't have any knowledge of that. I don't believe Jameis did."
This looks like it may be a "little" more serious than the OSU incident. We'll see what happens.

As of now there is no evidence of money being exchanged for these autographs unlike the Gurley case where someone came forward and said money was paid.
Well had they not played so well against the Buckeyes, the Bucks wouldn't be so far out of the polls ...
Now that they have got thier team to gell somewhat, they are looking pretty good.
The freshman QB Barret is light years better now than he was when they played.
