Personal Computer Game News

I'm surprised though that it's a PC exclusive. The previous game was multi platform. I'm guessing it didn't sell well on them, like REALLY bad to justify not putting resources into porting for a larger audience.

Speaking of, it looks like in celebration of the announcement Steam has the last game and expansion on sale for 75% off

Game has been revealed, but the countdown almost seems to be a bust. I watched the countdown to the end and it just said "Please Stand By"

Edit: Okay well it looks like they just decided to put it up on their Youtube page..

Also now there's an official website, which is now teasing a reveal at E3. Not sure the point of doing a reveal that you're going to be doing ANOTHER reveal later.. why not just do it at E3?

It was only one line of dialog but the main character sure sounded like Troy Baker to me. Like I said before, I doubt anything shown at E3 can top this for my most anticipated game of the show.

I love how the preorders are already up. Because if there's anything history has taught us, these games are EXTREMELY stable at launch..

This is probably unlikely but seeing that the game already has a PEGI rating gave me hope that this game will actually come out this year. Games don't really get announced in the summer and released in the fall of that same year very often anymore but maybe this is the exception.

We are living in a time where everything is delayed and they haven't even announced a release window yet so I wouldn't count on it. I can still have hope though right?

I wouldn't put much stock in that. A release like FO 4 is MASSIVE, and nowadays, reveals like this are often followed by just a vague "Next Year" date. Just to give some reference, FO 3 was announced formally almost exactly 8 years ago (June 2007) and then was released in October of 2008. It's looking more and more like the great gaming drought of 2015 will continue.

Speaking of preorders, looks like Amazon may have an exclusive Xbox One version..

So there was a reddit post in June 2014 from someone claiming to be an ex Bethesda employee named Sandra Reed. She claimed to have been fired for accidentally leaking the first info on Fallout 4 that Kotaku picked up. She claimed that this was a revenge post and went into lots of very specific detail.

Of course, this could all be some random person making stuff up on the internet but so far everything seems pretty accurate. She correctly said that the game would take place in Boston and all the story details she goes into seem plausible from the trailer.

She said that the game would be announced in June 2015 and be released on October 2015. Again, who knows if any of this is true but it's another sign pointing to release this year.

Also, the person who called out the OP in that thread for just spewing BS has now had all his comments downvoted to oblivion (no pun intended)

Did you buy a copy of Don't Starve for PC before June 3? Well guess what? You got a free copy of Don't Starve Together in your library!

I've only played the free copy I got from PS Plus but I had picked Don't Starve up on sale before it was offered for free. Maybe we should check out some co-op Don't Starve in addition to L4D2. The game is still in early access though. Here is some more information.
