Yeah the LG Electronics LGDT 3306A is normal. Seems there may be a problem in the image of TNAP 5 that is causing the no scan. I have had that problem in the past.I don't know how to fix it myself other than upgrading or downgrading the image. The Lastest TNAP 5.1 dated 2024-07-29 has that problem also so do not try that one.

Maybe it's a permissions problem or something has to be added to a group?

Just bring it up to EB. If he doesn't know about it, he can't fix it. He's a real reasonable guy. Let him help you. I was the beta-tester on the original TNAP, and he's great to work with IF you are willing.

Don't assume that he already knows that there's a problem with the 955q, I've seen posts from him where his receiver is using a USB OTA tuner, not sure which one, and it's obviously working...

What is the date on the TNAP 5 ? is it an osmio4k or osmio4kPlus?
I found both versions on my HDD Dated 2023-0717. I could share.
Also found both versions of TNAP 5.1 from 2024-December but they are backups not original downloads.
