Rio-Siebel Down

Are there any other Supervisors or Ops Mgrs for any HSP received the latest Blast Facts stating that Siebel will be down untill tomorrow morning 5 am est? This causes a major problem.. Routing on the east coast will not be done untill after Siebel's/Rio's optimizer runs, which can take anywhere from 1/2 - 1 1/2 hours to complete. Plan for OTG's and upset customers, as many am time frames will not be met.
