The screw goes into the metal housing between the two coax connectors.
 
Thanks. I may buy one of those. How does it anchor to the feed arm? The pictures on the seller's Ebay listing don't show any screw holes. Could you take some pictures of yours?

I find that the GeoSat SL1PLL LNB's make a big difference too. That's all I use.
