No man the hd are going to be on 110! I made from the retailer chat a brief summary its around here in the post!
so far I see 16 channels listed as they are for puerto rico
I beleive that list will grow in the next few days
but I just looked at my STB and noticed 125 signal on TP18 for the HD
Five spotbeams on 18, 20, 23, 25 and 29
Well last question well I sound dumb asking this
these channels in HD will be english exept the latino ones obviously correct?
I switched to dish since DTV in PR is full of latino junk from south america and I am just interested in something american(note I'm not bashing south america or anything, its just a prefference)
but this will look amazing on my 5'5 ft dish aiming at 110w
no need for 30inch mini dish

Yes, english HD exept the latino ones when available. You are correct DTV PR have alot of spanish channel. Hope the Spanish HD that are coming are not junk as the DTV PR channels.

Okay since this is by far the best thing happening to PR subs I decided to get the details from an agent
Please keep in mind this is not official until August1 2009 and channel list will be updated this is just what we have today July 24,2009 this isnt the final result until the fat lady sings(the date above)since this offer hasnt been launched the agents might have given wrong information or have not received it from the dish team, in some parts
like I said we need to wait until August
also you will find many typing errors and it is because I already had my case of beer and my keyboard screws up sometimes

Only reading the Retalier chat you realize that this chat is directly form Dish to all of the retaliers in PR and all of this has been reported already. Scott reported one part of it and kindly let me watch it and I reported another part. And we clearly reported that everything is going to happen on august 1, 2009.

I have HD subcription and have a Vip222k and a 311. With the new upgrade option, can I upgrade the 311?
Will I be better If I buy a new 722 or upgrade to 622?
The warranty will be thru Dish if buy a 722 from a retailer or a saller?

I think you can.

In the new offer coming up next week the 622 is included, not the 722. You can buy it thru dish after saturday but they are going to tie you up for 2 more years. If you but it thru dish it has warranty and thru a retailer will give you i think 30 days with him and the other time thru dish! In ebay there are good offers to in vip.
Third question:
The upgrade is for old customers! No you dont have to do nothing it will be there automaticly on saturday august 1.
Any more question and I am going to charge you a couple of cold ones

he still has very old receivers working since he doesnt like to upgrade if it aint broke
I move to my new home 2 years ago and it wasnt until a few days ago that I signed up for dish
but local PR dealers wont give 722ks without a fight! so I had to settle for a 625 and buy a 222k for HD for $160.00 sealed and I'm keeping it since I live in Bayamon and Fajardo and have HDTV in both
why pay for a second receiver?just take the one I have with me and that saves me $5 a month and those freaking dish nazis to stalk me for having no phone line
also if you ever get to a zone where liberty cable offers service they only give you 59 channels for roughly 35bucks a month compared to dish that gives you over 100 with locals for $5 more
maybe when the 922 comes out I will take a peek at it

Uplinks are usually on or around Wednesdays. So, since the changes of last Wednesday, there has been nothing new. I expect the channels that are already uplinked to be made available sometime between next Wednesday to Saturday...

Yes! HDNET, HDTHEATHER, ESPN,TNT,USA,SCIFI and HD MOVIE and if you have hbo or showtime you will get them in hd!
lol okay then, I'm still waiting for my 222k damnit its almost here
9.99 for HD doesnt seem that bad I thought it would be more expensive
