After many years of flawless use my Asc1 has bit the dust. It no longer appears to be able to communicate with my receiver. I originally thought my cable was bad going out to the lnb as i wasn't getting a signal any longer. So, after inspecting that and finding nothing wrong i decided to plug the lnb cable into my receiver bypassing the ASC1 and that did the trick. I now have a picture. So, from i gather is the ASC1 is not outputting 13/18 volts nor does it let the voltage coming from the receiver bypass to the lnb either. It also isn't accepting diseq commands. Anybody else experience this issue? I'm currently using the ASC1 manually as it still controls polarity and moves the dish just fine. You just have to do it manually.

The ASC1 does not pass voltage, the LNB DC voltage is provided by the ASC1 and the STB voltage is blocked.
I assume that you are using a feedhorn/LNB with servo motor?

1. Does the ASC1 respond to the STB DiSEqC move commands? and ... Does it respond to STB polarity changes (show polarity changes on the display)?
2. What is the ASC1 LNB Power menu setting selection?
3. What is the DC voltage measurement at the ASC1 LNB port?
4. Is the ASC1 AC Voltage selector (near the rear power plug) set to the correct voltage?

1. Does the ASC1 respond to the STB DiSEqC move commands? and ... Does it respond to STB polarity changes (show polarity changes on the display)? No move commands but i believe polarity was switching.
2. What is the ASC1 LNB Power menu setting selection? I tried all of them and nothing worked.
3. What is the DC voltage measurement at the ASC1 LNB port? Zero, if i'm measuring correctly. I put one lead on center electrode (hot) and other on the outside of the connector (ground).
4. Is the ASC1 AC Voltage selector (near the rear power plug) set to the correct voltage? Yes, its set on 115v
