The other thread was about where James was going, this thread is about the Heat and James...

they need to get the rest of the team signed now at a minimum unless james, wade and bosh will take less to get better players at a higher salary

They have already stated they would take less. The 2 million dollars MORE for this years salary cap favored Miami...and remember that the veterans exception does NOT count against the cap. ALSO, do not be surprised that Wade's contract goes last. Team resigning their own players, if I am not mistaken, can go over the salary cap without penalty.

Well at least he left the getto city behind.. hahaha
oh man i think i want to cry Notttttt LOL

LeBron's bright future/career is quickly diminishing tonight. As history has shown, stacking teams with all stars does not translate into championships. Additionally, championships recently have been decided by the bench. With no money remaining for next 3-5 years, it will become obvious that Miami is missing some key pieces for a championship and will not be able to afford it.

The last time a team had this much starpower were the 2003-04 Lakers (Shaq, Kobe, Malone, Payton), and that became an all-time team chemistry failure.

It'l be interesting to see how this all develops.

#23 jersey sold out in Miami?
Miami a week ago looked like they were done, now it seems to be a revitalized team.
I do think Miami needs to play good strong D like the Celtics to become a championship team.
Offense is not everything in the NBA.

Lebron just stated that the custodian will have to play a role as well

So is Miami now becoming one of the most Hated teams in the NBA ?

Not yet:

1. Bosh, Wade, LeBron are not exactly hateable guys.

2. Unlike other despised teams- Lakers, Cowboys- the Heat are not exactly dripping with titles (1 in 22 seasons).
