2013 AL Central

Hmmm, do you guarantee victory as long as you can SEE it ?

Particularly in the playoffs ?

If so, we can help accommodate that issue !

No, but I'm on pain meds so I quantify and quality just about any statement I make these days. :p

I'm just surprised the one the time I really need MLB Network, I'm getting screwed by their blackout rules. Initially I signed up using a CC that has a VA address, but I hater changed it to one with a Texas home address and routed my Internet connection through a proxy in a non-blacked-out area. Still MLB Network says I am blacked-out and it could only be based on my originial credit card address. Hell, I pay for MLB Network and MASN and if wasn't in the hospital I woudln't need to order MLB TV. Not happy!

Just heard an interesting stat.
Miguel Cabrera this year with 2 outs and RISP is hitting .647 ....
He had 2 on in the 4th and hit one out !!!!

7-2 Tigers over the Indians ...

Lets go Red Wings !

Not so Fast my Friends

Tigers end up losing 2 of 3

That's why I said we dropped a couple of stinkers this weekend. :) Does anyone subscribe to MLB TV? I signed-up recently and, after having watched the past three games at home, I am not impressed with the quality. Sure, it looks fine on my laptop, but it doesn't look very good when the HD feed is connected to the 60" big screen. Plus, I keep getting these annoying video-audio jitters every few seconds and the picture quality is in-and-out. I called my ISP and they said I was getting a constant bit-rate greater than 10Mb and shouldn't have any problems. Regardless, I'm still not happy with the picture quality without the jitter so I'm probably going to cancel since it's not something I'm going to pay to watch. Anyone one else?

I am happy with the picture quality of MLB.tv on my Apple TV and Roku. I think it usually seems as good as Netflix and I don't see much of a drop in quality compared to dish. I pay for it even as someone who gets their home team on my local RSN. If I were in your situation where you are not local but still follow the team pretty closely it would be a no brainer for me. Even if you aren't amazed with the quality $120 for the full season to see all 162 games plus any other game around the league isn't too bad.

I'd rather watch in slightly lower quality than follow along with ESPN GameCenter or something any day.
