Ok, you're in the "Wilkes-Barre" local market (DMA 206) and have Standard Definition locals on the 119W satellite.
If you don't plan on connecting any SD receivers to this dish, or else don't otherwise care about receiving the SD channels since your 119W locals are all duplicated on the HD satellites anyway.
Then just do a search for any "Slimline-3 SWiM LNB."
If you want the SD locals then search for a "Slimline-5 SWiM LNB."

If you do get a new lnb, you can get a non swm type, then you won't need the power inserter. You run the cable from the lnb to the receiver.
Crap, I always forget about the BBC since I haven't used one in years. We won't even mention the 23 series units since they aren't normally available. Tazfire, a bbc is an inline filter that you will need to get if you get the non swm type lnb. It goes in line right behind the receiver.
Thank you for all of the great info. Looking yesterday I saw the hr24 was showing the satellite coordinates from the dish located at the house when it was installed by Directv. When I attempt to set this up again at the rv should I set the rv dish to the same exact satellite coordinates as the house? I've ordered a signal finder as well.
Generally it's the same coordinates as the home, if your RV is located in the same county or there-abouts.
Naturally though they will start to change as you move hundreds of miles apart.
You can always go to dishpointer.com to be sure or purchase their app if you wish.
Also, make sure you go to YT and lookup videos on aligning the DIRECTV Slimline dish as the dithering process to fine tune the Ka band signals at 99° and 103° W.L. where the HD programming predominantly comes from is a little tricky and takes practice ...
So practice setting it up at home first before taking it on the road ...

For a brief technical refresher, to be precise it's actually a type of converter, not a filter. For the satellite LNB down-converted "B" or Ka-lo band coming in between 250-750 MHz on the coax.
Since all DIRECTV HD receiver models from the H/HR-20 to the H/HR24 models (except the H/HR23s) satellite tuners can only receive from between 950-2150 MHz.
You need a "B-Band Converter" (BBC, Zinwell model # SUP-2400) for each tuner when using the receiver in "legacy mode," to up-convert the B-Band to the LNB down-converted "A-Band" or Ka-hi range between 1650-2150 MHz when necessary to receive a transponder located there. While temporarily blocking or suppressing the real A-Band LNB signals.

Also don't forget to select the correct Sat Info when doing the set up .... with a SWM set up, you don't need to go thru the set up as it sees it automatically, a non swm will need to go thru the set up procedures for the correct lnb.
Look for the Repeat Sat Set Up ?
On the receiver select;
MENU ---> Settings & Help ---> Settings ---> Satellite ---> Repeat Satellite Setup

Well after all of that I just found the lnb is shot. The wires are brittle and no good. So back to the drawing board. I have the SL5S4NR2-01.
I'm going to obviously need a replacement and need your opinions where and which one to purchase.

Since you got an H24, it doesn't have to be on a swm setup. If you aren't going to move it back and forth with your home setup, you can get a non swm lnb. It will be a little simpler since you won't need to use the power inserter. Either way, except for the lnb setup in the menu, the process of pointing the dish is the same. eBay will probably have the best prices.
You might as well. You can get the 3 lnb version. They are a little easier to align, but you won't get your local channels in standard definition if you care.
