105W 3773V5000 mux streaming problem with vlc and osmio4k

Anyone know why the mux on 3773 video comes up as a freeze frame with good audio when streaming via webif using vlc? The video and audio is good out of the hdmi port of the osmio4k. All other services are OK with vlc. VLC version 3.0.9.2 running on Ubuntu 20.04. TNAP 4.1

it's working fine for me. OSMIO4k with latest TNAP 4.1 and VLC on windows 10
