The Tigers have Ray starting tonight's game. I have no idea who he is.

I am looking forward to see him pitch, he's been light out at Toledo (AAA) this year ...
That doesn't mean he will be in the same in the majors.

However, I can see the Fister trade haters/lovers will be out tonight/tomorrow, seeing Ray is really the only piece left from that trade that I can think of.

In Robbie Ray's first inning he gave up a bloop double and an infield hit and then proceeded to get out of the first and third nobody out jam.

No score, bottom of 1st. :)

I like Fister, but considering he's been out on Injured Reserve since the season started, and refused to sign a long-term deal with the Nations prior to the start of the season, then the decision to trade him is making sense.

Ray has been pretty impressive in his MLB debut. I know it's against the Astros but still it's encouraging to see him come out and perform like this with all the pressure that comes with making your first start.

Yup, not bad for a debut !

I'm disappointed that Ausmus took him out when he did, the run he gave up was not his fault, Kinsler dropped the ball. (E4)

I agree...not a bad debut for Ray. First one to call him Rey gets a vacation. :p

Next game for Ray should be on Sunday ....

Hopefully A. Sanchez will be back for the next outing, he supposivly threw today ... Ausmus says he looks MUCH better, remember, originally it was (the blister) described as GROSS !
