AL CENTRAL

I understand that the Tampa Bay kid (Longoria?) is the new "poster boy" of the AL, but Inge is a better glove, and has outstanding power numbers this season.

Verlander gives up to yard balls and we lose. Arghhhh! Three games with the Twinkies, and we are holding a 3 game lead. I'm not liking this. We never play well in Minnesota.

Magg's ain't hitting, but no way does Bradley improve this team. The Tiger's have always had a great clubhouse, this guy does nothing to improve us.

Say it isn't so, Dave!

While I don't like this trade, I can see why it would happen. Magg's has got two years left at about $17M per. Much to much money for a singles hitter. The Cub's certainly have had enough of Bradley's act. I don't mind seeing Magg's go, just don't want Bradley here, even if he is hitting better. From the Tiger's perspective, this is purely a salary dump. We can afford a RBI machine Magglio, not a singles hitting, double play hitting Magglio.
