BREAKING: LEBRON chooses Miami

LeBron's bright future/career is quickly diminishing tonight. As history has shown, stacking teams with all stars does not translate into championships. Additionally, championships recently have been decided by the bench. With no money remaining for next 3-5 years, it will become obvious that Miami is missing some key pieces for a championship and will not be able to afford it.

Really? The Yankees, the Celtics of a couple of years ago...the days of Magic and Kareem Lakers.....

What about the Lakers?
You are telling me thats not a stacked team?

What about the 2008 Celtics?
That was one heck of a stacked now.

You are forgetting something, the Heat will stack their team with bunch of veteran players at vet min.
All those vets would want one more shot at a championship.

#23 jersey sold out in Miami?
Miami a week ago looked like they were done, now it seems to be a revitalized team.
I do think Miami needs to play good strong D like the Celtics to become a championship team.
Offense is not everything in the NBA.

Riley retired that number in Miami because he stated it belonged to Michael Jordan. Lebron James stated he would wear #6...if I am not mistaken....

Time will tell, time will tell . . .

You guys are being harsh on James...
He didn't have a shot in Cleveland to win a championship in the next 4-5 years.
He would not have a shot on winning a championship in NY and New Jersey.
The only team that is remotely comparable to the Heat that would have been an even choice was the Bulls.
I still think he would be a better fit with Bulls than Heat, but it is what it is...
He will have even chances to win a championship between the two teams.
The Bulls do have the better defense.

Now if Phil Jackson would have gone to the Bulls than you know where James would have gone....:D

All that's left is to figure out how much these contracts will be (Miami saved a lot of salary cap- let's see how they can fit it all under one roof.)

They will recoup the losses in a year or so...their arena will now be sold out in Miami every single night, they will make tons of money from the big 3 now.

The tickets prices will sky rocket in Miami.

I am wondering what will happen to the Cavs now?
Without their big star will they be able to sell out tickets @ their arena like it did for the last couple years? This might even hurt the economy more in Cleveland....

We all know that Mo Williams and crew are not good enough to win games, who will Cleveland bring? Whoever they bring they need to fill in some giant shoes..

you know who the real winner tonight is ??????????

THE NBA LEAGUE PASS . . . subscriptions will be soaring to watch Miami . . . ESPN, ABC and TNT cannot show all the game!

*Yawn........What's all the commotion about? ;)

I agree, I will be signing up for it next season.
Hopefully they make it affordable like they did for the last couple years.
I am sure the price is not going to go up next year by much.

When the rumor went out that Lebron was coming down here....they have sold out ALL season ticket packages. ONLY individual ticket are left for the next year.
